Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless context otherwise requires:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on km779. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have attained this minimum age. km779 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Jurisdiction. km779 is an internationally operated platform. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether access to and use of the km779 platform is lawful in their country of residence or location. km779 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in any specific jurisdiction.

2.3 Single Account. Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered account on km779. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

2.4 Restricted Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use km779:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Individuals who are subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by km779 or any affiliated responsible gambling organisation.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of km779 or any of its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members.
• Individuals whose accounts have been previously closed by km779 for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Registration Requirements. To register an account on km779, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid email address. km779 relies on the accuracy of this information for identity verification, payment processing, and fraud prevention.

3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. km779 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification. km779 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing any withdrawal request, and in certain other circumstances at km779's discretion, you may be required to submit:

• A copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) — front and back, clearly legible.
• A recent proof of address document (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent) dated within the last 90 days.
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP adjacent to your face.
• Proof of payment method ownership where the method is a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.

3.4 Verification Timeline. KYC document review is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours of submission during business hours. km779 reserves the right to extend this timeline in cases requiring additional investigation. Withdrawal requests will be held pending the completion of KYC review.

3.5 False Information. The submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. km779 reserves the right to immediately terminate the relevant account, void all associated wagers and winnings, and report suspected fraud to relevant authorities.

4.1 Supported Methods. km779 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Indonesian users: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount via bank transfer is Rp 50.000. The minimum deposit via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay) is Rp 20.000. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; current limits are displayed at the point of deposit.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times. Deposits via BCA and BRI are typically credited to a User's km779 balance within minutes during standard banking hours (approximately 06:00–22:00 WIB). Deposits via other bank transfer methods may take between 5 and 30 minutes. Off-hours transfers may take longer. km779 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Diamond VIP tier members benefit from priority processing targeting under 1 hour. Withdrawal processing times may be affected by the volume of requests, public holidays, and scheduled banking maintenance windows.

4.5 Withdrawal to Registered Methods Only. Withdrawals will be processed only to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the User's own legal name, matching the name on the km779 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.6 Bonus Wagering Before Withdrawal. If a User has accepted a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full before any portion of the bonus funds — and in some cases the associated deposit — may be withdrawn. Full wagering requirements for each bonus type are set out in Clause 5.

4.7 Transaction Fees. km779 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. km779 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment processing fees.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on km779 are subject to these Terms & Conditions in addition to any specific terms published for each individual offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific terms of the individual offer shall prevail.

5.2 Welcome Bonus. km779's standard Welcome Bonus provides a 100% match on a User's first deposit up to a maximum of Rp 20.000.000. The Welcome Bonus carries a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount and must be fulfilled within 14 calendar days of activation. The Welcome Bonus is available only to Users making their first deposit and may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address, and payment method.

5.3 Wagering Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Unless specific bonus terms state otherwise, the default contribution rates are:

• Slot games: 100% contribution
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 20% contribution
• Sports betting (pre-match): 100% contribution at minimum odds of 1.50
• Sports betting (live / in-play): 50% contribution
• Virtual sports, scratch cards: 0% contribution

5.4 Bonus Forfeiture. A User may decline or forfeit a bonus at any time by contacting support before the wagering requirement has been initiated. Once wagering has commenced on bonus funds, the bonus cannot be forfeited until the wagering requirement is met or the account balance reaches zero.

5.5 Abuse and Fraud. km779 reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage wagering, systematic low-risk wagering patterns, or any strategy designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent.

5.6 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. km779 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will not be withdrawn without reasonable notice to affected Users where practicable.

6.1 Wager Acceptance. All wagers placed on km779 are subject to acceptance by the platform. km779 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of obvious pricing errors, system faults, or suspected manipulation.

6.2 Sports Betting. km779 offers betting markets across a broad range of sporting competitions, including but not limited to BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures. Specific sport and event rules are available within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

6.3 Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Bets. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the bet to return a payout. If one or more selections are voided, the bet is re-calculated excluding the voided leg(s). Minimum and maximum stake limits for mix parlay bets are displayed at the point of wager placement.

6.4 Live (In-Play) Betting. In-play wagering is subject to the availability of live data feeds and real-time odds. km779 is not liable for delays in data transmission that may affect odds accuracy during live events. Wagers already accepted will stand unless voided under circumstances set out in these terms.

6.5 Game Integrity. In the event of a system or software malfunction, km779 reserves the right to void affected wagers. Wagers placed on corrupted outcomes or as a result of software errors will be cancelled and stakes returned to the User's account.

6.6 Lottery (Togel) Rules. Togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) draw results published on km779 are sourced from official authorised draw operators. km779 is not responsible for errors in externally published draw results. Disputes regarding togel outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant draw.

7.1 Commitment. km779 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting and gaming should be a form of entertainment — never a means of financial relief or an activity that causes personal harm. We actively encourage all Users to gamble within their means.

7.2 Available Tools. All registered Users have access to the following responsible gaming features via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits require a 7-day cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. The platform will automatically log you out when the limit is reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, login is not possible.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on km779. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account on km779, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using the platform while under the influence of a self-exclusion order.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using km779 as a vehicle to process illicit funds.
• Match fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or placing wagers with knowledge of insider information.
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing km779 staff or other members via any communication channel.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the km779 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, design elements, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and data — is the exclusive property of km779 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. km779 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content.

9.3 Restrictions. You must not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any km779 software. You must not use km779's trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent.

10.1 Platform Availability. km779 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events. km779 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, km779 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

10.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, km779's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User to km779 in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the relevant incident.

10.4 Third-Party Content. km779 is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided by third-party game studios, odds feed providers, or external data sources. Game outcomes are determined by the relevant studio's certified RNG systems, and km779 accepts no liability for outcomes produced by third-party game engines.

11.1 Data Collection. km779 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on km779, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

11.2 Data Security. km779 applies industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit TLS encryption — to protect your personal and financial data. Notwithstanding these measures, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security, and km779 cannot be held liable for security breaches that are beyond its reasonable control.

11.3 Data Sharing. km779 does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, fraud detection systems) solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform, and always under contractual data-protection obligations.

12.1 Termination by User. You may close your km779 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC review.

12.2 Termination by km779. km779 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Registration by a person under 21 years of age.
• Discovery of multiple accounts held by the same individual.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for cause, km779 may void all pending and settled wagers, withhold any bonus-derived winnings, and retain any deposits where fraud or money laundering is reasonably suspected, pending investigation. Real-money deposits not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned following the conclusion of any applicable investigation period.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of km779 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which km779 holds its international operating licence. km779 operates internationally and does not claim to be subject to any specific national regulatory framework.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute relating to your account, wagers, withdrawals, or platform conduct, you should first contact km779's customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. km779 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

13.3 Binding Decisions. In all matters relating to the interpretation of betting rules, the settlement of wagers, and the determination of game outcomes, the decision of km779's trading or gaming operations team shall be final, subject to the complaints process described in Clause 13.2.

13.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any translation being produced for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in the case of any inconsistency or dispute.

14.1 Right to Amend. km779 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or via an on-platform notification prior to taking effect. Minor clarifications may be made without direct notice.

14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the km779 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

14.3 Effective Date. The version of these Terms & Conditions currently published on the km779 platform supersedes all prior versions. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
